Shipping Policy

 

  • All Regular Non-oversized orders shipped via UPS.

  • Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, logistical issues, or delays from third-party carriers, may impact the actual delivery date. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
  • Shipping is Free for Continental US ( Special rates apply to states like Hawaii,Puerto Rico)

  • All glass is packaged with poly-e foam and placed securely inside a double wall box.

  • The buyer is responsible for the disposal of broken items. Royalty Mirror will not pick up broken merchandise, and will not reimburse disposal fees.

  • Royalty Mirror reserves the right to cancel your order if the delivery location is not accessible with ups or common carriers.

  • If a product arrives damaged please contact Royalty Mirror for a full refund or replacement.

  • If a product arrives damaged You Are NOT Responsible.
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.( Custom Cut Glass/Mirrors/Shower Doors etc. Are Not Eligible for Return.)

   

Oversized items

  Oversized items are large products that must ship through a freight carrier :
  •     Weigh 151 lbs. or more.
  •     Length measures 100 in. or more.
  •     Girth measures 165 in. or more.

 
Oversized Items will be shipped by a designated trucking/freight company.
The delivery is curbside and someone must be available to sign.

The freight company will make an appointment for delivery.

If you are unable to move the oversized item into your home, you can request a White Glove delivery service.White Glove Delivery is not available for all cities.
